“Draw your Neighborhoord” or “Il Mio Quartiere” it’s a kid art box designed to provide solace to these long days of lockdown (the year is, yes, 2021)! It’s an exercise in mindfulness that uses what we have been experienced most in the past 2 years of restrictions: our own block, in one’s very own city.

The box includes a roller, grey paint, with which kids can trace the streets surrounding their house. It has also a set of activities that they can cut out (with the help of their parents of course!) and glue on the street the way their remember their neighborhood to be. It also has animals, a few characters and of course parks, trees, buses and subway stations.

The activity is meant to stimulate observation of one’s surroundings, and the ability to recollect and recreate subjectively the outside world’s reality at home.

The box comes with a set of fun stickers because, who doesn’t love stickers?!
